Various bus stops are nearby the apartment and Delhaize and Lidl are few minutes away by foot. Underground parking is included in the price; there is also a cellar dedicated to the apartment. There is a bicycle underground storage room as well.
Conditions:
Rent: EUR 1050 per month
Charges: EUR 175 EUR per month
Electricity and internet are paid separately by tenants (approx. EUR 50 per month per person)
Deposit: 3 months of rent
Agency fee will have to be paid
At least 1 year lease contract
