We’re three roommates looking for someone to join our 104m² duplex apartment in the heart of the 16th arrondissement, just 3 minutes from Porte Dauphine station.
One of Paris’ most charming neighborhoods, perfectly connected (metro lines 2, 6 & 9 nearby), and surrounded by everything you need — Franprix, Monoprix, Carrefour, Picard, cafés, and boutiques.
Our current flatmate, Amine, is moving out, so the room is available ASAP!

4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 spacious living rooms with large windows and natural light.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, plenty of space to cook together ).
Duplex layout: ground floor + 1st floor. Secure building with digicode + intercom.
Available room (937/month + Approx. 840 deposit):
1 downstairs bedroom (Private bathroom).
Bed & Mattress + wardrobe available if needed with charges.
Life at home: We are at the moment, three of us staying, Cherry, Prune, and I.
Weekdays and Weekends are both calm, focused, and easy-going, perfect for teleworking or quiet moments.
